My name is Sal, I'm Italian born on the East Coast raised on the West Coast I am now a retired chef of 22 plush years I can't say enough about this salmon I found it several years ago and anytime I need salmon I go here never any problems never any issues with the fish amazing taste quality and appearance thank you all I do appreciate it God bless you all that are involved. Oh and sashimi is my favorite way to eat this salmon.

Upon receiving our first whole salmon, my wife and went to work on cutting up sections to vac seal and store. We actually had some raw and it was some of the best sashimi we have had!! So excited to begin our subscription.

The smoked salmon trimmings are fantastic , easier for dishes that require smaller amounts or pieces of salmon. Wonderful below a prawn cocktail or mixed with white crab meat creme freche and placed into croustini cases as canapés.
